Scott Stillman is a photographer in Minneapolis, Minnesota that creates
portraits, landscape, and abstract pinhole photographs. Many of his black
& white prints are made in the traditional way using film and a wet
darkroom. Photographs can be printed as silver gelatin (b&w fiber paper),
Van Dyke Brown historic process, or archival inkjet (digital process).
His passion is portrait photography, especially with large format film
using vintage or antique cameras and lenses, some older than a century.
Photographs made in this style possess qualities unmatched by modern digital
equipment.
Stillman lives in the Twin Cities and makes images across Minnesota
